About Us

Joel opened Bold Title, LLC in 2019. He received his  B.S. from Athens State University in 2003 and his J.D. from The Cumberland School of Law in 2006. He is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State and Federal Courts of Alabama. Prior to opening Bold, Joel was an attorney with Stephens Millirons, P.C./Rocket City Title Company and was a Partner in the law firm of Paulus Jaqubino, P.C. His main focus is on both residential and commercial origination and REO closings. He leverages his litigation and negotiation experience to assist clients in quickly resolving any title issues to avoid unnecessary closing delays. 

Joel has been married to the beautiful and brilliant Sandy Jaqubino for 27 years and they have 2 amazing kids, Sophia and Vincent. When not at work, Joel is coaching Muay Thai. His interests also include classic cars, hunting, fishing, and playing guitar.
